About approval of the Regulations on the state system of Civil protection

1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on the state system of Civil protection;
- scheme of management of the state system of Civil protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES" of October 23, 2006 No. 746.
4. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
