For the purpose of social support and encouragement of students, and also I decide improvement of quality of training of scientists of the top skills, efficiency of their research activities:

1. Found:

1.1. 200 grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus to the students, cadets, listeners mastering contents of educational programs of the higher education according to appendix 1;

1.2. 100 grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus to graduate students, graduateds in a military academy;

1.3. scholarships according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the student in day form of education appoints the following grants in sizes, multiple to the largest size of the budget of subsistence minimum for the able-bodied population approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection for two last quarters:

2.1.1. educational grants in time:

to the pupils, cadets mastering contents of educational programs of vocational training with training term 1 year and less and also with training term more than 1 year in case of impossibility of the organization of their food, – 0,26;

to the pupils, cadets mastering contents of educational programs of secondary vocational education, except for the pupils specified in paragraph four of this subitem – 0,26;

the pupil mastering contents of educational programs of secondary vocational education in schools of the Olympic reserve – 0,15;

to the students mastering contents of the educational program of bachelor degree, the continuous educational program of the higher education, except for the students specified in paragraph six of this subitem and to the cadets mastering contents of the educational program of bachelor degree, the continuous educational program of the higher education for specialties for civil aviation – 0,3;

to the students mastering contents of the educational program of bachelor degree, the continuous educational program of the higher education for separate specialties according to appendix 3, – 0,34;

to the students mastering contents of the educational program of magistracy, except for the students specified in paragraph eight of this subitem – 0,48;

to the students mastering contents of the educational program of magistracy for specialties of profiles of education "Art and the humanities", "Social sciences, journalism and information", "Business, management and the right"; directions of education "Statistics", "Social protection"; specialties "Tourism and Hospitality", – 0,46;

2.1.2. grants to graduate students – 2,25 *;

2.1.3. grants to doctoral candidates – 3,65 *;

2.1.4. social grants:

2.1.4.1. to the categories of persons which are not getting educational grants determined in Item 5 of article 42 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education and relating:

to the pupils, cadets mastering contents of educational programs of vocational training, to the pupils, cadets mastering contents of educational programs of secondary vocational education – 0,2;

to the students mastering contents of educational programs of the higher education, and cadets, mastering contents of the educational program of bachelor degree, the continuous educational program of the higher education for specialties for civil aviation – 0,24;

2.1.4.2. to orphan children, children without parental support, and also persons from among orphan children and children without parental support mastering contents of the educational program of training of persons for receipt in organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus – 0,2;

2.1.5. grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

to the students, cadets, listeners mastering contents of educational programs of the higher education for excellent progress throughout all study, special progress in research and creative activities, good behavior – 0,48;

to graduate students on competitive basis – 3,25 *;

to adjoints on competitive basis – 0,48;

2.1.6. special grants for the entire period of education to the persons having the right to such grant according to Item 24 parts one of Article 12, subitem 1.19 of Item 1 of Article 18 and subitem 2.9 of Item 2 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 No. 1594-XII "About veterans", belonging:
