1. The list of the high-technology organizations included in the Register of high technology productions and the companies, which profit received from realization of high-technology goods (works, services) of own production (except trade and trade purchasing activity) is assessed with the income tax at the rate reduced by 50 percent, No. 662 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2008 "About the taxation of the high-technology organizations" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 292, 1/10282), to be reworded as follows it (is applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the first following after month of its official publication.
