for the purpose of expansion of powers (functions) of the commander of Collective peacekeeping forces in the Republic of Tajikistan on management of the allocated military units and divisions,

agreed as follows:

1. Determine that the Commander of Collective peacekeeping forces in the Republic of Tajikistan in the activities is guided by the Regulations on the Joint command of Collective peacekeeping forces approved by the specified Agreement.

2. State the paragraph the fifth Item 3 of the Section II of Provisions on the Joint command of Collective peacekeeping forces in the following edition:

"independent decision making in specifically developing situation when carrying out transactions (fighting) with the subsequent report to heads of states and Ministers of Defence of the State Parties".

3. Add Item 3 of the Section II of Provisions on the Joint command of collective peacekeeping forces after the paragraph of the eleventh with paragraphs of the following content:

"implementation of continuous interaction with representatives of United Nations missions, OSCE and other international organizations to their stay in conflict zone, and also with the Permanent advisory commission on peacekeeping activities under Council of Foreign Ministers of state members of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

determination of procedure for visits by representatives of the United Nations missions, OSCE and other international organizations performing peacekeeping activities for their request, the military contingents of Collective peacekeeping forces in conflict zone;
