State Parties of this agreement, daleegosudarstva-participating,

considering agreements and agreements signed between the State Parties concerning defense and safety and peacekeeping in the Commonwealth of Independent States

aiming at creating favorable conditions for timely and uninterrupted ensuring military forming of the State Parties which are carrying out tasks according to this agreement

AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the term "Collective Peacekeeping Forces" (CPF) means:

the military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and other State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States with their arms, ammunition, military equipment and property allocated with the State Parties for accomplishment of tasks on stabilization of situation and peacekeeping and which are under the Joint command (OK KMS).

The structure, tasks and procedure for functioning OK of KMS are determined by Regulations on the Joint command of Collective peacekeeping forces. (Appendix 1).

Article 2

The State Parties mark out the approved number of forces and means in structure of KMS.

Article 3

The State Parties bear responsibility for completing, training, preparation, financing and material logistics of KMS of forces and funds allocated in structure.

Missing appliances acquire the State Parties each other on the basis of agreements and settlement on the single principles of pricing.

Article 4

The expenses connected with ensuring activities and content of staff of the Joint command of Collective peacekeeping forces are performed at the expense of contributions of the State Parties allocated according to Appendix 2.
