About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About rail transport", the rail haulings aimed at safety

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 15, 1999 N 766-I "About rail transport" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, N 5, Art. 118; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 4, Art. 157) following changes and amendment:

Part the sixth Article 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"For the purpose of protection of life and health of passengers and workers of rail transport, safety of rail haulings authorized bodies in case of entrance to the station in accordance with the established procedure make examination of hand luggage, baggage and personal examination of passengers and other persons. In case of refusal of examination the entrance to the station is forbidden, and passengers are not allowed to transportation. The list of the authorized bodies having the right to make examination, and procedure for production of examination, and also the rule of stay at stations of passengers and other persons is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

To add 2) with Article 20-1 of the following content:

"Article 20-1 the State control and other measures, naprvlenny on safety of rail haulings

The state control and other measures, naprvlenny on safety of rail haulings, are performed by law-enforcement bodies, Services of homeland security and the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings within their competence";

The word "legislation" shall be replaced with words 3) in Article 26 part one "this Law or other acts of the legislation".
