1.1. in part 1:

1.1.1. give the first paragraph in the following edition: "And to the family cadets of military educational institutions who are not taking the residence compensation in the following procedure is monthly paid to the military personnel for employment of temporary premises on separate Items of accommodation (except for the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service):",
