About modification in "The regulations on "The control book" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 13, 2002 No. 196

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of subitem 2.3.3 of the Presidential decree "About approval "Regulations on the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and procedure for its maintaining" of February 15, 2011, the No. 383 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Bring in "The regulations on "The control book" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 13, 2002 No. 196 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 12, Article 748; 2008, No. 8, Article 779), following changes:

1.1. in Item 2.2 after the word "number" to add the word "check code in the unified information register of the checks which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship";

1.2. add Item 2.4-1 of the following content: "2.4-1. Each inspection which is carried out in the field of entrepreneurship can be made after registration in the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship. For conducting check the official of inspection body shall provide to the subject of entrepreneurship the statement from the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship.";

1.3. Appendix of the Provision - to add the 11th column of the following content to "The control book": "Check code in the unified information register of the checks which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing
