1. Bring in Item 5 of the Procedure of customs control of automotive vehicles of carriers and goods which move them, at check points through frontier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 24, 2003 No. 1989 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of carriers and goods which move them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 52, of Art. 2778; 2008, No. 53, Art. 1768, No. 63, Art. 2126; 2011, No. 8, Art. 377), such changes:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

to state the paragraph of the eighth in such edition:

"the book of the international road delivery (Carnet TIR) and the certificate on the admission of the road vehicle to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
