1. In the text of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 1993 No. 150 "About the State fund of mineral deposits of Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 7, Art. 151; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2006, 22, the Art. 1635) the words "Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment" in all cases shall be replaced with words No. "Public service of geology and subsoil" in the corresponding case.
2. In Items 5 and 6 of the Regulations on procedure for the establishment of quotas for production of separate types of minerals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 22, 1994 No. 862 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 3, Art. 54; 1996, No. 5, Art. 154; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 40, Art. 1687; 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2006, No. 22, the Art. 1635) to replace the word of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources with the word "Gosgeonedra" in the corresponding case.
