Some questions of compensation by the subject of managing of cost of the selected samples of non-food products and conducting their examination (testing)

1. Approve the Procedure for compensation by the subject of managing of cost of the selected samples of non-food products and conducting their examination (testing) which is applied.

2. Item 1 of the Procedure for compensation by the subject of managing of the expenses connected with conducting examination (testing) of product samples approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2007 No. 1279 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 83, Art. 3080), to add with the paragraph of such content:

"Action of this Procedure does not extend to compensation by the subject of managing of cost of the samples of non-food products and conducting their examination (testing) which are taken away from him".

1.
