Reorganize the Republican state state company "Koordinator" of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Coordinator of KTRM Limited liability partnership (further - the Partnership) with absolute share of the state in the authorized capital".

2. Determine the main object of activity of the Partnership implementation of operation of office buildings, motor transportation servicing and accomplishment of supplying functions.

3. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the Charter of the Partnership;

2) state registration of the Partnership in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
