Article 1. Approve the List of categories of persons - the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are subject to registration in the place of permanent residence in the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region it (is applied).
Article 2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
approve Regulations on procedure for permanent registration and accounting in the place of stay of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region;
approve Regulations on procedure for permanent and temporary registration of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region;
bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;
provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
