About the Concept of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on investments

The bureau of Inter-parliamentary Assembly decides:

1. Approve the MPA of EurAsEC provided by the Permanent commission on economic policy the draft of the Concept of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on investments (is attached).

2. According to the Agreement on the status of Bases of the legislation of Eurasian economic community, procedure for their development, acceptance and realization of June 18, 2004 to direct the draft of the Concept and reasons for need of development of Bases of the legislation of EurAsEC on investments into Integration Committee of EurAsEC for the organization of the procedure of consideration of documents by the governments of the Parties.
