About procedure for introduction to economic court of offers concerning candidates for arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators)

1. Determine that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine proposes to economic court candidacies of arbitration managers who were elected by the Commission on preparation of offers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to economic court concerning candidates for arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators), for appointment of property as their managers, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators for the state companies or the companies in which authorized capital the share of state-owned property exceeds twenty five percent concerning which proceedings on bankruptcy, and in other cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" except candidates for arbitration managers for appointment them as liquidators in the course of implementation of cases on bankruptcy of the absent debtor are initiated, which are offered by head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - territorial authorities concerning bankruptcy).

2. Approve Regulations on the Commission on preparation of offers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to economic court concerning candidates for arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) which is applied.
