Recognize invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 26, 2011 as No. 2039/5 "About procedure for introduction to economic court of offers concerning candidates for arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2011 for No. 1019/19757, and the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 07, 2011 No. 2076/5 "About staff of the Commission on preparation of offers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to economic court concerning candidates for arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators)".
