1. Approve the Concept of the Nation-wide target social development program of physical culture and sport for 2012-2016 which is attached.

Determine the Ministry of youth and sport the state customer of the Program.

2. To the ministry of youth and sport together with interested central and local executive bodies to develop and submit to three-months time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the Nation-wide target social development program of physical culture and sport for 2012-2016.

the settled traditions and motivations of rather physical training and mass sport as important factor of physical and social wellbeing, improvement of the state of health, maintaining healthy lifestyle and lengthening of its duration are not created;
