About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning information access

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning change information access which are attached.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. This resolution becomes effective in one month from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning information access

1. In the Concept of technical information security in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1997 No. 1126:

1) in paragraph three of Section 1 of the word "information which represents the state and provided by the law other secret, confidential information" shall be replaced with words "information with limited access";

2) in paragraph three of Section 2 of the word "confidential information which is property of the state," shall be replaced with words "office information";

3) in Section 3:

in the paragraph the second ambassador of the words "About Information" to add with words ", " about access to public information", and shall be replaced with words the words "About Information Security in the Automated Systems" "About information security in information and telecommunication systems";

word in paragraph nine "confidential information which is property of the state," shall be replaced with words "office information";
