About limiting approval of number of workers of the office of the central executive bodies
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides
1. Approve the extreme number of workers of the office of the central executive bodies according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs submit to two-month time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the bill concerning reduction of total number of the Ministry in connection with formation of the Public migratory service.
3. To the Ministry of Finance to consider the number approved by this resolution during creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012.
4. To the central executive bodies which number is approved by this resolution, in a month:
approve in accordance with the established procedure structure and the staff list taking into account provisions of this resolution;
submit in accordance with the established procedure proposals on introduction of amendments to the acts of the legislation following from this resolution.
5. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
