c) Regulations on provision of customs and other privileges and release from non-tariff restrictions of arms, military equipment and other appliances during creation and enhancement of the integrated air defense system of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (appendix 3).

2. Recommend to the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the integrated air defense system of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States after accomplishment of necessary interstate procedures to bring the national legal system into accord with the above-stated approved provisions.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states where it is necessary, after the notification of the parties on accomplishment of necessary interstate procedures by them.
