Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 2005 No. 221 "About approval of Rules of write-off of the aircraft" (No. registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3930, No. 239 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper on December 22, 2005 (973).

3. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Adimold R. O.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekturov A. G.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
