Management concept property of the Union State

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Concept is developed based on the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on regulation of questions of property of the Union State of January 24, 2006 N 1, resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Union State of August 28, 2009 N 29 and determines the purposes, tasks, the principles and controling mechanisms property of the Union State.

1.2. The purposes of this Concept are:

the property management of the Union State directed to creation of common economic space;

forming of the regulatory legal base of the Union State in the field of property management of the Union State.

1.3. Functions of the Union State in the property relations: The Union State in the relations of property realizes the functions establishing rules of interaction of business entities of the State Parties of the Union State participating in program implementation of the Union State coordinates and controls their activities for the purpose of effective use of the property which is in property of the Union State.
