1. Approve Regulations on the database of the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. To the state Ministry of Internal Affairs center of Ukraine research expert criminalistic (Krasyuk I. P.):
2.1. Organize maintaining the database of the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, its maintenance in urgent condition, provision in accordance with the established procedure of information with use of fund of the database.
