About approval of the Regulations on the database of the register of the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination" and to the subitem 12 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of enhancement of work on studying of the needs for preparation and advanced training of court experts, and also developments and implementation of offers on satisfaction of these requirements I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the database of the register of the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 15, 2011 No. 333 "About enhancement of accounting treatment for the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", No. 1060/19798 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2011 (with changes).

3. To the state Ministry of Internal Affairs center research expert criminalistic (Fedotov A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
