Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 and Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 30, 1996 No. 861 "About determination of the central body and Item of communication concerning physical protection of nuclear material" (2001, No. 33, the Art. 1545) the words "State Committee of Nuclear Regulation" in all cases shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "The state inspection of nuclear regulation" in the corresponding case.

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 2005 No. 845 "Questions of qualification certification and stimulation of employees of the State committee of nuclear regulation which directly perform functions on state regulation of nuclear and radiation safety" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 36, of Art. 2186; 2008, No. 49, Art. 1581):
