Declare invalid the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States on approval of the Regulations on Council of heads of Customs Services of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of December 23, 1993 and the Decision of Presidium of Interstate economic Committee of "About Changes and Amendments to the Regulations on Council of Heads of Customs Services of the State Parties of the Commonwealth" Economic union of July 26, 1996.
