1. Make changes to the List of documents which are filed by the lessee to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of property which belongs to state-owned property, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 14.11.2005 No. 2975, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 16.01.2006 for No. 29/11903 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).

2. Concerning management of state-owned property and the rent relations to provide to department this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to department of interaction with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and public relations in accordance with the established procedure placement of this order on the website of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine who is responsible for question of lease of state-owned property according to distribution of functional obligations.
