1. Establish from September 21, 2011 to March 21, 2012 temporary ban on export of seeds of flax, crushed or not crushed (code 1204 00 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union), colza seeds, or colza, crushed or not crushed, other (codes 1205 10 900 0, of 1205 90 000 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union), oils rape (from colza, or colza) or mustard and their fractions which are not refined or refined, but without change of chemical composition, other (codes 1514 11 900 9, 1514 19 900 9, 1514 91 900 9, of 1514 99 900 9th single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union), nonvolatile vegetable oils liquid, mixed (code 1517 90 910 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union), mixes, suitable for consumption, or ready-made products, used as lubricant for forms (code 1517 90 930 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union), from the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:
notify the Commission of the Customs union on introduction of this resolution of prohibition specified in Item 1;
submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution, other state members of the Customs union for consideration of the Commission of the Customs union.
