1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for utilization of the unexploited vehicles recognized ownerless and transferred to the possession of administrative and territorial units.
2. To local executive and administrative organs to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.
