1. Approve Regulations on rules of inclusion of legal acts in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).
2. Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. provide the beginning of functioning of electronic version of the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic since November 1, 2011;
2.2. prior to functioning of the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide the publication of the legal acts included in the State register in the specially allotted Section information the Internet of resource of the ministry;
2.3. provide introduction within one year into the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic of acts of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, the President of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic accepted before entry into force of this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
2.4. once in three months to provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic statistical information on legal acts which entering into the State Register it is refused, and about the bodies which accepted them.
3. Recommend Millie to Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan Republic, charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and Administration of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, based on requests of the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic to represent to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic the corresponding legal acts which are not entered in the State Register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic in the form of the valid copy of the original on paper and at the same time in the form of text files on electronic media.
