About the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of regulation of activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also according to the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About determination of structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 17, 2010 the No. 27-V Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- scheme of management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of distribution of powers and obligations between deputy ministers and the secretary of state to include carrying out daily current work with Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in obligations of one deputy minister.
3. Determine that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the State Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
