1. Approve:

2) forms of provision by other state bodies of data on production volume and turnover of oil products and other necessary information in the single database according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (under approval):

1) to determine the list of responsible persons for forming and transfer of data in 10-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order;

To inform 2) on changes in the list of responsible persons no later than 3 days from the date of corresponding changes.

3. (Iskakov M. N.) to direct to the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. These rules of provision by other state bodies of data on production volume and turnover of oil products and other necessary information in the single database (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of separate types of oil products" and determine procedure for provision of data by other state bodies in the single database.

2. The single database in these rules is understood as the electronic database on production and turnover of oil products created on the basis of information of the state bodies performing state regulation of production and turnover of oil products within the competence.

3. Data on production volumes and shipments of oil products and other necessary information are transferred by other state bodies by means of information system to the single database.

4. Data on production volume and turnover of oil products, and also other necessary information in the single database are submitted by state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the following terms:

1) Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

the balance of development and shipment of oil products by producers - is provided monthly to the 20th, following for reporting;
