According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About architectural activities" and Item 14 of the Procedure for holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 23.05.2011 No. 554, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for introduction of payment for holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture and its sizes which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine of 19.11.2009 No. 498 "About approval of the Size and procedure for collection of payment for issue of the qualification certificate of the architect (its duplicate)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 08.04.2010 for No. 281/17576.

3. Provide to the deputy minister Isayenko D. V. submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister D.V.Isayenko.
