About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities
For the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine", enhancements of procedure for attraction of subjects of estimative activities - subjects of managing on competitive bases I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 25.11.2003 No. 2100 "About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities and contractors on land management", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.12.2003 for No. 1194/8515 (with changes).
3. To provide to department of estimative activities in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
5. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
