About forming of the register of the standard project documentation and modification of some Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of the economy of means of the federal budget, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets directed to preparation of the project documentation, and promoting of the modern economic architectural and planning, constructive, technical, technology and organizational solutions applied by preparation of the project documentation, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation on forming of the register of the standard project documentation (further - the register).

2. Determine that:

a) in the register information on the project documentation concerning residential and office buildings, buildings for social, cultural and household purposes (objects of culture, education, health care, sports buildings and constructions, etc.) by which preparation modern economic resource-and energy saving, architectural and planning, constructive, technical, technology and organizational solutions were applied and which is recommended for mass repeated application during creation of capital construction projects for the account or with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) local budgets is subject to inclusion;

b) forming and maintaining the register performs the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation;
