According to Item 5.11 of part 1 of Article 6 and parts 2 and 3 of article 48.2 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

14. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation:

a) till December 1, 2016 to approve form of the conclusion about carrying out audit of the project documentation;

b) till September 1, 2017 to approve estimate standard rates according to article 8.3 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, having provided introduction them in action since January 1, 2018.

15. The data on the project documentation included in the register of the standard project documentation before entry into force of this resolution are subject to placement on the official site of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation on the Internet and can be used in case of decision making about preparation of the project documentation in relation to the capital construction projects specified regarding the 2nd article 48.2 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation in case of observance of the following conditions:

there are no data on the cost-efficient project documentation of reuse which is subject to compulsory use according to requirements of the legislation on town-planning activities;
