1. These rules establish procedure for preservation of capital construction project (further - object), and also features of decision making about preservation of capital construction project of state-owned property of the Russian Federation (further - object of state-owned property).
2. The decision on preservation of object is made in case of the termination of its construction (reconstruction) or in case of need suspensions of construction (reconstruction) of object for the term of more than 6 months with perspective of its renewal in the future.
3. In the cases specified in Item 2 of these rules, the builder (customer) provides reduction of object and the territory used for its construction (further - the building site), in the condition providing durability, stability and safety of designs, the equipment and materials, and also safety of object and the building site for the population and the environment.
4. The decision on preservation of object (except for object of state-owned property) and about source of funds for payment of the expenses connected with preservation of object is accepted by the builder (customer).
