1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out preservation of capital construction project.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2011 No. 802 "About approval of Rules of carrying out preservation of capital construction project" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 41, the Art. 5739);

Item of 5 changes which are made to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, the approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2022 No. 655 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and suspension of action of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2008 No. 590 and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 16, the Art. 2695).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

The rules approved by this resolution are effective till September 1, 2031.
