About approval of the Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission
In pursuance of provisions of the Agreement on the principles of peaceful settlement of the armed conflict in the Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova signed on July 21, 1992 between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation, for the purpose of providing the mode of the increased safety, and also determination of procedure of activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission the Government decides:
1. Approve Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission it (is applied).
2. Determine that regulations of the current legislation on social protection of military observers and the military contingent on providing ceasefire regime and safety in conflict zone extend to members of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission and experts with the permanent status.
3. To the Ministry of Defence based on the offers provided by the head of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission to provide covering of the expenses connected with activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission and also to provide it with vehicles at the expense of the means approved in the law on the government budget for the corresponding year.
4. To provide to heads of bodies of the central and local public authority without fail information requested by the petition of the head of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission on situation in the safety area which is under control of joint peacekeeping forces.
5. To heads of bodies of local public authority to bring internal regulations into accord with this Resolution. All actions which can exert impact on situation in the safety area are subject to approval of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission.
