Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management" provides development of technical documentation on land management concerning creation of the documents certifying the property right to the parcel of land, right to use by the parcel of land in case of separation or consolidation of the parcels of land.

In turn, by article 26 of the specified Law it is determined that developers of documentation on land management are legal entities and physical persons which obtained licenses for work on land management according to the law.

Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 6 in 2009 for No. 735/16751 in case of separation or consolidation of the parcels of land number and date of the previous document which was the basis of acquisition of right to the parcel of land, and also decisions on approval of technical documentation on land management concerning creation of the documents certifying the property right to the parcel of land in case of separation or consolidation of the parcels of land or the statement of the owner of the parcel of land (owners of the parcels of land) for development of technical documentation on land management concerning creation of documents are specified to the instruction about filling of forms of the state acts on the property right to the parcel of land and to the right of permanent use of the parcel of land approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources 22.06.2009 No. 325,, certifying the property right to the parcel of land in case of separation or consolidation of the parcels of land.
