1. Approve the Instruction about filling of forms of the state acts on the property right to the parcel of land and to the right of permanent use of the parcel of land which is attached.

2. To the chairman of Republican committee on land resources of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of Goskomzem in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to the CEO of the GZK Center to provide steady accomplishment of this order.

3. To legal support division (Yurets O. I.) and (Krasnolutsky O. V.) to provide to Management of normative and organizational support of land management and protection of lands submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
