1. Recognize invalid orders of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of June 22, 2009 as No. 325 "About approval of the Instruction for filling of forms of the state acts on the property right to the parcel of land and to the right of permanent use of the parcel of land", No. 631 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 6, 2009 at No. 735/16751, and of August 30, 2010 "About approval of Changes in the Instruction for filling of forms of the state acts on the property right to the parcel of land and to the right of permanent use of the parcel of land", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 1, 2010 at No. 1012/18307.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Senya A. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
