According to Item 158.1 of article 158 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the self-produced inventory, 80 percent of profit of the companies on sale of which on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
