1. Approve:
1.1. Procedure for creation and representation of requests for receipt of public information which manager is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which is applied.
1.2. Form for representation of request for receipt of public information which is attached.
2. To the deputy minister - the chief of staff Takhtay of O.V., heads of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to organize studying of this Procedure.
3. To heads of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry to appoint from among deputies responsible for work with requests for information. To provide information on responsible officials in Department of regime and confidential and documentary providing.
4. To department of providing and communication (Shaliyevskaya L. I.) in Department of regime and confidential and documentary providing (further - DRSDO) to equip workplaces for work with requests for information corresponding multiple copying and office equipment, means of telephone communication, etc.
5. Department of communication (Shevchenko A. V.) promulgate this Procedure on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
