1.1. This Instruction "About procedure for marking of the separate excise goods made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Instruction) is developed in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 1995 N 592 "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of brands of the excise duty and realization of the excise goods which are subject to marking".
1.2. Observance of procedure for marking of separate excise goods according to this Instruction, is condition for free circulation of such goods.
The inventory, subject to marking is given in the appendix N 1.
1.3. The goods specified in Item 1.2. this Instruction, are subject to marking easily soiled the excise duty.
