In Rules the terms and determinations established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry", "About ensuring unity of measurements" and the Power grid Rules approved by the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2001 No. 314, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 28, 2001 No. 1708 are applied (further - Power grid rules).
1. For implementation of accounting of the electric power each Item of connection of the subject of the wholesale market of the electric power to power network shall be equipped with measuring complex of accounting of the electric power (further - measuring complex).
2. Are part of measuring complex:
1) measuring transformers of current;
2) measuring transformers of tension;
3) the electronic meter (further - the counter);
4) lines of connection of the counter with the transformer of current and transfomator of tension.
3. Survey of measuring complex is carried out for the purpose of establishment of compliance of error of measuring complex to requirements of Power grid rules.
4. Survey of measuring complex is performed by the legal entities (further - the Contractor) accredited on the right of checking of the measuring instruments which are part of measuring complex.
