2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2003 No. 466 "About approval of Rules of investment of assets of "Fund of Guaranteeing Insurance Payments" joint-stock company (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2669, published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 2, 2004 No. 67 (24377));
2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of March 30, 2007 No. 65 "About modification of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2003 No. 466 "About approval of Rules of investment of assets of "Fund of Guaranteeing Insurance Payments" joint-stock company (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4667).
