About approval of methodical instructions about procedure of payments of rates for services in transit of the electric power for power lines and rates for services in transit of the electric power on power lines of interregional level

WE ORDER:
1. Approve Methodical instructions about procedure of payments of rates for services in transit of the electric power for power lines (according to appendix No. 1).
2. Approve with commissioning since October 1, 1997 two-part rate for services in transit of electrical energy on power lines of interregional level:
the permanent component of rate in the form of payment for use of interregional level of networks which is not depending on transit length - 25,1 тиын / kWh;
the variable component of rate depending on transit length 0, 051-til1 / (kWh).
3. For the purpose of ensuring smooth transition to rate for services in transit of electrical energy on power lines of the interregional level providing complete economic return of the company, and creation of ravnovygodny conditions as for the consumers who are at long distances from power source and on relatives, temporarily, till January 1, 1999 to enter procedure for determination of decreasing coefficients to permanent component of rate for the consumers receiving the electric power on distance to 300 km (according to appendix No. 2).
