Based on subitems 5.9 and 5.48 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of the form of the receipt on collection of collection for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through highways public of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling and use of the form of the receipt on collection of collection for driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through highways public of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
