1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Federal Accreditation Service.

2. Determine that:

The Federal Accreditation Service is legal successor of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance concerning obligations in the field of accreditation in the established field of activity, including the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments;

The Federal Accreditation Service is legal successor of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Communications Agency, Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Agency for Railway Transport concerning obligations in the field of accreditation in the established field of activity, including the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments.

3. Permit Federal Accreditation Service to have 3 deputy managers, and also in structure of central office to 6 managements on the main activities of Service.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.02.2013 No. 137

5. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.07.2019 No. 941

6. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
